The ability to move freely and stay strong throughout life is one of the greatest predictors of longevity and quality of life. My program combines evidence-based strength training, targeted mobility, and mindful recovery to help you build strength and power that lasts — fitness that will support how you want to live, not just how you train.

The LaunchPoint approach to training is unique. The goal is for every client to learn how to train confidently and independently after our training block. I want you to embrace fitness as the modality that frees you to live the life you keep looking forward to.

The six-week blocks are intentionally structured to help you learn proper from and how to manage your way around the gym. You’ll develop the skills to manage your own progress, understand recovery, and adjust your training as life changes. This model values education over dependency and helps you carry your results forward confidently on your own.

We do NOT want to keep you in an endless loop of sessions — the goal is to empower you to move well, lift safely, and live actively for years to come. .

  • 12:00-12:05- soft tissue mobility work

  • 12:05-12:10- performance points of day’s lift

  • 12:10-12:20- warm-up

  • 12:20-12:45- primary lift ( example: 3X8 back squat)

  • 12:45-12:55- accessory lifts or HIIT ( example: 4X12 lateral raises or bike sprints )

  • 12:55-1:00- supporting stretches
