Each session blends foundational strength work with personalized mobility and stretching, teaching you how to maintain your practice independently with confidence and clarity.

Strong Base


Strong Base Part 1:

16 1 hour sessions over 6 weeks · 2–4 days/week $1,599 total

This program helps you maintain and build strength, bone density, and balance through consistent, progressive resistance training. Sessions adapt to your body’s needs, teaching you how to listen, adjust, and train sustainably for the long term. You’ll leave with the tools to continue training safely and effectively on your own — and the understanding of how to make exercise a lasting part of your life.

Strong Base Part 2:

16 1 hour sessions over 6 weeks · 2–4 days/week $1,360

Bedrock


Bedrock Part 1:

20 1 hour sessions over 6 weeks · 3–4 days/week $1,999 total

For clients who want to learn & refine technique, and develop fitness that supports everyday life. You’ll work through compound lifts, targeted accessory work, and mobility to create a strong, balanced, and resilient body. The emphasis is on education, precision, and consistency — helping you progress intelligently and feel confident continuing your training independently.

Bedrock Part 2:

20 sessions over 6 weeks · 2–4 days/week $1,700

Train Together


Train Together Part 1 & 2:

All six-week programs can be scheduled with a training partner.

Reclaim & Recover


Reclaim & Recover Part 1:

12 sessions over 6 weeks - 1–3 days/week $1,199 total

Designed for clients recovering from injury or managing physical limitations who want to train safely. Each session integrates safe movement restoration, strength development, and supportive mobility work.
If applicable, Erica can integrate your physical therapy when needed to ensure your training complements rehabilitation. You’ll learn how to move comfortably around injury and maintain fitness independently as you recover.

Reclaim & Recover Part 2

12 sessions over 6 weeks - 1–3 days/week

1 Hour Skill Session


Hourly · $125 per hour

One-hour sessions providing individualized guidance for refining specific lifts, movements, or skills — ideal for:

  • Former clients working through new movements or wanting support with a lift

  • Prospective clients wanting to test the waters

  • Olympic lifters improving snatch, clean, or jerk technique

  • CrossFit athletes learning to link toes-to-bar, pull-ups, or handstand push-ups

  • Strength athletes refining form for a personal record

Each session includes targeted mobility work, movement assessment, corrective drills, and strategies to continue improving independently. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your mechanics, personalized feedback.

  • 12:00-12:05- soft tissue mobility work

  • 12:05-12:10- performance points of day’s lift

  • 12:10-12:20- warm-up

  • 12:20-12:45- primary lift ( example: 3X8 back squat)

  • 12:45-12:55- accessory lifts or HIIT ( example: 4X12 lateral raises or bike sprints )

  • 12:55-1:00- supporting stretches
